Ugly plastic bin updated to a cute toy box with some wrapping paper, burlap, rope and decorative fence post caps. This is an easy, cute and inexpensive to update those ugly plastic bins and get organized. I used very neutral materials to match my decor but the possibilities are endless.
Bin to Toy Box Makeover
You Will Need...
- Wrapping paper, burlap, rope, Hot glue gun and sticks, fence post caps, Lock Nuts and Mod Podge.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Attach the wrapping paper by lightly brushing some Mod Podge working in small sections to keep wrinkles to a minimum.
Step 2
Attach the burlap to the lid and top half of bin with hot glue.
Step 3
Attach rope with hot glue gun the section where the wrapping paper and burlap meet
Step 4
Attached the fence post caps to the bottom by drilling a hole and screwing them in
