You Will Need...
- 2 butternut squash OR 1 butternut and 1 acorn squash
- olive or vegetable oil
- onion, chopped
- tbls flour
- salt & pepper
- panko bread crumbs
- butter, divided
- parmessan cheese, freshly grated
- Optional: fresh basil, chopped
Step by Step Instructions
Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds and slice. Chop onion.
