Cacao Nut Muffins – Gluten Free

These delicious cacao nut muffins make the perfect healthy breakfast or snack. They’re super simple to create and great to make in preparation for the week ahead.

I’ve just added 1 tablespoon of cacao powder to mine to give them just a hint of a chocolate flavour, but feel free to add more if you’d prefer a stronger flavour.

If stored in an air tight container, they should last for up to 1 week.

You Will Need...

  • 2 cups/500g almond butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Handful chopped nuts
  • Handful of gluten free oats
