My Mother-in-Law is in town and we decided to share how to can our apricot jam recipe with you! The wonderful thing about where I live is that we have an abundance of fruit trees that are in FULL bloom in my backyard. So, while we were picking apricots, we also decided to pick plums and make a plum jam recipe too!

Step 1: gather all of the ingredients listed above the video
Step 2: sterilize your jars and keep them warm in the diswasher

Step 9: boil the mixture for about 20 minutes
Step 10: add the hot mixture to your warm jars (don’t fill it to the tippy top though- leave a little space)
Step 11: place the lids on the jars tightly
Step 12: submerge the jars into a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes

  • Step 4

Step 13: carefully remove the jars and let them cool
