When I was growing up pizza was my absolute favourite! For me it’s one thing that was really hard to give up when I started eating healthy. Which is why this recipe makes me so happy. It’s so nutritious and I actually really prefer it to bread based pizza, it’s surprisingly really filling too.
If you don’t have a food processor, you can easily make the base by grating the cauliflower (it should end up looking just like rice).
