Make a custom sized desk to fit in any space. I made my desk to fit into a storage unit in my daughters room. This desk is fairly easy to put together and can be made any size you need. Perfect for an child’s room, entertainment center, or an office.

You Will Need...
- Wood
- Desk Legs
- Bank of drawers
- Clear rubber desk bumpers
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Measure the space available for the desk.
Step 2
After priming and painting, you will need to add legs to your desk. In order to leave as much leg room as possible as well as leave room for a chair, place your legs as close to the edge as you can get on your desktop.
I bought our desk legs at IKEA. They sell a large variety of desk legs for a very reasonable price. Since, in this case, you aren’t using an IKEA desktop that has pre-drilled holes, you will want to use a drill bit to pre-drill the holes for your screws. Then simply screw in the legs.Step 3
Due to needing to leave room for the chair in our limited space. I had to line the legs up differently.
