You Will Need...
- The price tag on this old thing was $1.99. But lucky me! The day we visited Goodwill was 50% off Saturday! So for just $1 I knew I had a steal. I gave the rack a good washing, let it dry, then sprayed a couple of coats of spray paint (my go-to medium of choice) and voila! Pretty and functional!
