You Will Need...
- A white turtle neck, white tights, 1 white twin sheet, tan tulle, cheese cloth, black tea, needle and thread.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Dye the turtleneck, tights, sheet and cheesecloth using black tea. Rinse fabric thoroughly and let dry completely.
Step 2
Tear/cut cheesecloth, tulle and sheet into 3″ strips.
Step 3
Make tutu, altering cheesecloth, sheet, and tulle in no particular order.
Step 4
Hand stitch strips onto front of turtleneck (ONLY FRONT) in an alternating fashion…again, no particular order.
Step 5
Add strips to neck and head (like a bandana)…rat the hair…and apply make-up.
