You Will Need...
- Wooden Rulers
- Scrapbook Paper
- Modge Podge
- Scissors
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cut strips of paper to match the width of your wooden rulers
Step 2
Add a coat of mod podge to the wooden ruler
Step 3
Place the scrapbook paper on the ruler and seal it with an additional thin layer of mod podge
