- colored tissue paper
- pipe cleaners
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Take 6-8 sheets of tissue paper (mine is about 5×6 inch rectangles). Fold the sheets of paper back and forth like an accordion.
Step 2
Take a pipe cleaner or wire and wrap it loosely around the folded paper.
Step 3
Once the wire is secure open up the fold.
Step 4
Separate each individual sheet from the fold. It will look sloppy at first but just alternate sides as your separating sheets and the flower will start to take shape.
