A fantastic furniture assembly of a Chair, done via pallets! This is a really simple home furnishing montage, which does not require specific skills or tools. All you need is a few pallets to build your own flat pack parts and unit. The montage is done with simple screws, bolts and rivets. The furniture assembler will need a jigsaw and a sander. Nothing too special. In case you want to boost your flat pack chair you can add paint, but in my personal opinion wood looks better on it’s own.

Inspired From:
You Will Need...
- Regular wood - pallets, transformed into flat pack parts.
- The average bolts, rivets and etc.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
First you have to disassemble the unit. Cut it 2/3 vs 1/3.
Remove all planks, but leave 3.Step 2
Make sure you have enough bolts and rivets. Depending on how tight you want to build it you will need mo more than 10 bolts
Step 3
This is how the flat pack piece of furniture looks like on the side.
A regular electric screwdriver is all you need for this assembly.Step 4
Sand the unit a bit and you’re good to go. It is highly preferable to add some protection to the wood like polish for an example.
Step 5
Enjoy your new piece of RTA furniture. In case you need to move or relocate it you could always take it apart and thus save room. In my humble opinion this is an amazing flat pack assembly project. Easy to start and finish.
cheers
