I saw this Felt spider web at the dollar store and knew I had to buy it. I’d come up with something to use it for. I then walked down another aisle and this black and white shelf line caught my eye. I used a piece of foam board for my base, added the shelf liner and spider web. I cut a spider out of vinyl and now have a piece of wall art for Halloween.
