- 1 cup Sugar
- 12 oz Cranberries
- Zest & Juice of 1 Orange
- 1 cup fresh pressed Apple Juice
- 1 large Apple (I use Honeycrisp)

Put the ingredients into a pot and begin cooking on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce begins to boil and the cranberries burst decrease heat. Continue to stir and cook until the sauce has thickened, about twenty minutes. Be aware that the sauce will become a little thicker once it has cooled. This recipe makes approximately five cups of cranberry sauce.
