How to Make Chalk Paint {Tutorial}

I started making my own chalk paint about a little over a year ago and it has seriously made my life easier. As a DIYaholic I am always re-painting something and as most of you know when it comes to re-finishing a piece of furniture it’s a process….Well, guess what? Chalk paint eliminates all of the dreaded pre-painting steps (no sanding, striping or priming) all you do is paint. Tell me that doesn’t sound GREAT!! 🙂

Instead of buying chalk paint (it’s pretty expensive and has a limited color selection) I make my own. The recipe I use is extremely easy and works Fabulously!!

So if you are a DIYaholic like me and have yet to use chalk paint, you absolutely MUST try it!! I promise it will forever change the way you DIY!!
