Preheat the oven to 175C.
Bake the oats, almonds and coconut for 8-10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes then leave to cool.
Place the cashew nut butter in a bowl and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Mix the baked ingredients with the cashew nut butter and add the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and honey.
Roll into small balls and enjoy!
