These cute donuts are pretty simple to make and don’t take much time to whip up.
They are baked instead of fried, frosted and sprinkled with cuteness!
I made them in two sizes, regular and mini.
If you never have tried to make donuts before, now is the time. This recipe is from a magazine and is so easy.

You Will Need...

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter,melted rainbow sprinkles
  • Donut pan for regular size and mini size

Step by Step Instructions

  • Step 1

    Follow the recipe on my blog.
    The batter when mixed will be sticky and that’s okay.
    Place batter in a ziploc bag and snip off the corner of bag.
    Squeeze the bag to fill the donut mold 2/3 full.

  • Step 2

    Bake donuts per blog instruction and make pink glaze frosting.
    The mini donuts will take less time to bake. Aren’t they sweet?
