Sometimes Santa leaves boot prints when he’s delivering the presents. At some houses he leave magical North Pole snow that doesn’t melt through the night, but at our house he leaves sooty boot prints from coming down our chimney!

You Will Need...
- Santa Soles soot and template
- or other template with "snow"
- or free printable boot template found online
- or make your own template with a boot
- or use a boot without a template
- and use baking soda/baby powder/etc. for "snow" if not using "soot"
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
If using Santa Soles or other premade or printable template, simply lay the boot print template where you want the footprints to be and shake your “soot” or “snow” over it. Repeat until finished.
Step 2
If creating your own template, put a boot on a piece of cardstock or cardboard, trace around it, and cut it out. Lay the template where you want the footprints to be and shake your “soot” or “snow” over it. Repeat until finished. (You can purchase “soot” or “snow” or use baking soda / baby powder / etc. for snow.)
