Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Sizing: Approximately 6.5 inches tall and 13 inches in diameter. These boot cuffs will stretch about 2 inches, making them able to fit most women (13-15 inch calves). The size is easily adjustable.
Gauge: 7 hdc blo = 2 inches
