First I drew a snow-melt line on the bulb with the DecoArt Snow Writer. This gives a clean line for the snow to end on the bulb.
Once the Snow Writer line was dry, I then filled in the upper portion of the bulb with DecoArt Glistening Snow-Tex. This stuff is FUN! I layered it on thick, and while the first steps are fairly quick, youre going to want to let the Snow-Tex dry for 24 hours before handling.
Once the Snow-Tex was dry, I simply tied some bakers twine to the top and hung on the tree!
