- foam wreath, strip of feather boa, ribbon, chicks and florist wire
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Wrap foam wreath with feather boa securing ends with a pin. Wrap each chicks legs with florist wire and push into wreath. Keep adding chicks until you are happy!
