- Dowel Rod or Paper Straw
- Ribbon
- Scrapbook Paper

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Hot.glue all embellishments to canvas banner and then cut down to size.
Step 2
Turn banner over and hot.glue the top flap over to create a space for your dowel rod or paper straw.
Step 3
Write message on festive scrapbook paper and attach to canvas banner.
