A special thanks to Red Heart for supplying such a fabulous prize pack to a Tip Junkie reader.
My mom taught me to crochet and when I moved away from home, I stopped for a bit. Recently, I have started again, making hats, mittens and blankets for my two stepsons. I would love a kit to really get me started on all the wonderful things I could make for them
I am a crocheter, with 2 or 3 projects on my hooks at all times. Red Heart yarn is one of my favorites.
I love to crochet! I began when I was just a small child sitting next to my grandmother using the scraps and left overs. I now have a granddaughter of my own that I hope to teach as she sits watching me using my scraps and left over yarns. If I were to win this my husband would be so excited that he didn’t have to spend a dime to contribute to whato what he calls my yarn addiction. Thank you
I’ve been crocheting for a couple years now and mostly just make hats to give to charity. I always love Red Heart colors!
I started knitting almost four years ago. I started crocheting two years ago. I almost always have a knitting and/or crochet project with me wherever I go. You never know when you will have to wait in line or the car will break down and you will have to wait for a tow! I think every family member has received a gift from me. I just love making things and then never know what to do with the things I make so I always give them away. I also love to make the sillier things, like a Wicked Witch of the West Toilet Roll Cover for my sisters and mom when we went to go see “Wicked.”
