I knit and crochet.:)
Thanks!:)
I’m a knitter turning crocheter. It is so much fun to work with one stitch at a time rather than dozens. Drop a stitch, well you know it immediately, not multiple rows later. 😉 But love them both!
I have been crocheting since i was in middle school. My mom tried to teach me but it took her buying a book on how to crochet for me to learn by doing it. I make afghans both baby and larger, i have made crocheted animals in the past. A new venture was with scarfs. I made one and my granddaughter saw it and said I like that, so for Christmas i made her one with a hat to go with it. my very first afghan fits a queen size bed; it is all granny squares a varigated pink green and white in the middle with white outer edges. I have been offered a few hundred dollars for this particular one, but it is my first and i will not part with it. People who i have made afghans or scarves for have loved every one of them.
My mom taught me to knit years ago, but just recently I have picked the needles back up. Usually I knit for charity, hats and blankets, and try to make blankets for baby shower gifts. I have also been teaching myself (slowly!) to crochet. Red Heart Yarn was what I recently used to knit my hubby a blanket!
I love to knit. I am constantly looking at patterns. I am addicted to buying yarn without any project in my. There are so many colorful and beautiful yarns. I would love to win this yarn.
