I am a crocheter and have a yarn, pattern and accessory stash that I call my children’s inheritance! I love to share it with my friends. When my best friend died last year, I received most of her stash as well. I am currently finishing a crochet-a-long afghan using Red Heart yarns, that she started but was unable to finish.
I knit and crochet!!! And I love to do both. It has the very soothing to me over the years when I needed it most!
MY MOM PAST AWAY ALMOST 5 YEARS AGO. AS A WAY TO CALM MY NERVES A FEW MONTHS AFTER SHE PASTED AWAY I STARTED CROCHETING A SMALL PINEAPPLE ANGEL. MY HUSBAND THOUGHT I HAD LOST MY MIND I’VE MADED BUNCHES OF THEM AND GAVE’EM AWAY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I’VE ALSO HONED MY KNITTING TOOO. I LOVE ALL THINGS CRAFTS.
I absolutely LOVE Red Heart yarns! Whenever I am in the craft shops (which is FREQUENTLY) I always stop to fondle the yarns. There are SO many lovely choices. I have been crocheting since I was in the 8th grade (many, many years now) and have recently started learning to do Tunisian Crochet. I just can’t get enough of it!
I crochet mostly and do some knitting. I really would enjoy working with these yarns I haven’t tried yet. Have used a lot of Red Heart yarn over the years.
