Theme Characters
1. Sesame Street Party {Big Bird} ~ Sunny days sweeping the clouds away! This Sesame Street themed party is absolutely phenomenal! Every thing you need to throw an amazing Big Bird party is here starting with this “Let’s Party” sign. Some themed ideas include Big Birds Seed Search (sift through tubs of birdseed to find treasures) and Big Birds Bird Seed (tubes of candy coated sunflower seeds).
2. Super Grover Birthday Party ~ Oh my Grover, my cup runneth over! There are so many fun activity ideas to keep the guests busy. Some of the activities included pin the nose on Grover, pass the hot Grover (like hot potato), and they got to make their own superhero mask to take a photo with in the photo booth.
3. Bert Shirt Tutorial ~ Make your little birthday boy or girl this adorable “Bert” shirt for their special day. You could also make them for party favors. This shirt was made using the freezer paper stenciling technique. Find your favorite image of Bert and copy it to a word document to print directly on freezer paper.
4. Ernie Rubber Duckie Party ~ “Rubber Duckie” you’re the one! This adorable party is perfect for the bubble bath and rubber duckie lover, Ernie. Guests can play pin the beak on the duck, snack on duck shaped cookies and hit a duck piñata. Use orange, the color of Ernie, as an accent color instead of red. Download and print some google images of Ernie for some finishing touches.
5. Elmo Themed Birthday Party ~ This party theme focused more on bright colors and polka dots, with a bit of Elmo mixed in. I think they came up with the perfect combination. Their daughters name inserted on the Sesame Street sign is perfection.
6. Modern Abby Cadabby Birthday Party ~ This modern Abby Cadabby party in soft shades of pink, purple, red and teal is absolutely adorable! Polka dots adorn the balloons, suitcases, cake and water bottle wrappers. You could add some wands and wings for your fairy in training.
7. Cookies and Milk Cookie Monster Party ~ A cookie monster birthday wouldn’t be complete without a cookie buffet! Other amazing ideas include a handmade cookie monster pinata and cookie dough favors.
8. Sesame Street Party {Oscar the Grouch} ~ This amazing party includes every Sesame Street character including Oscar the Grouch. You will find Oscar on the cake, party buckets and there’s even an Oscar the Grouch Tattoo Parlor.
9. Sesame Street Party Games {Count von Count} ~ “Greetings! I am the Count. They call me the Count because I love to count things.” Entertain your guests with these fun party game ideas. The kids will love playing Count with the Count as well as some other Sesame Street games.
10. Sesame Street Party Decor {Rosita} ~ Rosita is a bright blue-green monster from Mexico and loves to play the guitar. This Papel Picado Mexican banner would be the perfect accompaniment to your Rosita party. Add some guitars and use a bright blue color scheme.
11. Telly Monster Fuchsia Party ~ This fuchsia themed party is perfect for the fuchsia colored monster muppet, Telly Monster. The polka dots give it a fun twist. Include Telly’s favorite instrument, the triangle, as well as other musical instruments.
