Shake Up Your Wake Up with Silk Fruit & Protein

If you are looking for a way to Shake Up Your Wake Up {clever, right?}, then I have a suggestion for you!  Shake Up your Wake Up for the whole family with Silk Fruit & Protein, and if you want to get a little crazy {wink},then add a little ice and blend it into a shake.  Introduced to me by SocialMoms and Silk as part of a paid blogging program, my boys are in love with Silk Fruit & Protein.

Silky-smooth, fruity delicious and gone before you know it, Silk Fruit & Protein has become our Shake Up Wake Up morning drink.  Since the extra smooth drink has a boost of protein, my boys can head off to school with a little extra in their stomachs to tide them over and keep them healthy!  Plus, there is Vitamin C, Calcium, and Vitamin D in the drink.  My kids have no idea that they are drinking a soy based drink, the flavor is so full!

Here’s a few fun facts about Silk Fruit and Protein:

•  it’s a fruit juice blend, so even though you’ll find it near the soy milk, it really could be by the juices
• it contains a good source of protein that you won’t find in other juices
• it’s available in three flavors: Mixed Berry, Mango Peach, and Strawberry Banana  {{we’re partial to Mixed Berry}}
• it has an excellent source of Calcium, Vitamin D, & Vitamin C

Here’s what you need:

• ice
• blender
• Silk Fruit & Protein

Just add the desired amount of Silk Fruit & Protein & ice to your blender, and then blend until smooth.  Serve immediately. So EASY!   My boys love how smooth and creamy the drink is without being “thick”.  I love their happy smiles before they head out the door.  {{cheesy smile}}
