I immediately thought this charming handmade favor-bag would suit my Halloween party, delightfully. You can put just about anything inside, and that mystery is great for your guests to take home!
10. Embellished Paper Mache Witch Hat ~This cute paper mache witch hat is a super fun Halloween project for kids. This easy to follow tutorial will show you how to embellish a paper mache hat with paint, paper and embellishment do-dads.
