Teaching children the basics of organization and setting goals is not always easy. A simple and fun way to help motivate them is by showing them how to keep track of their progress. It can be with their favorite sport or even music.  These adorable printables will help them keep track of their daily practices by using a log. They can take notes and there is even a calendar that they can add fun cut-outs. They are sure to have a blast with this project!

These printables include everything you’ll need to help your children set goals for their favorite sport or musical instrument.

  • Journal Page {write goals, a synopsis of what the “practice journal” is for}
  • Daily Log of Practice {date and time spent as well as a “fill-in” bubble to see if the goal is reached}
  • Cut-outs {can be used to decorate the journal}
  • Simple Notes {decorate as desired}
  • Calendar {“comic strip” style}

How to Make:

1.  Download and save the pdf file to your computer.

2. Print the pages onto plain or textured cardstock using your printer’s BEST quality settings for a nice vibrant color.

3. Cut out sports/music shapes on “cut-out” sheet.  Using adhesive or glue stick decorate your pages with cut-outs.
