I have found eye liner changes. One time it was both top and bottom. Lately I see gals just wearing it on the upper lid. Then I found that you can open your eyes, by not putting it all the way. You do it 1/2 ways on top and on bottom lid.
If anyone can figure out how to use black eye shadow I would like to know. I always end up looking crazy with it.
Another tip to make your eyes more open. You line under your eye brow with a white liner pencil and in the inner corner of your eyes. I enjoy how it looks in general, not sure it opens up my eyes, however good out come.
