Are you new to Tip Junkie? If so, check out the FAQ.
The purpose of the Tip Junkie Awards is to re-feature and reward my top favorite tips for 2008. Last year was full of amazing tips and it would be a crime if they were forgotten. 😉
First up are the nominees for Best Tutorial:
Delany made this great party hat. I love the colors and the huge flower with bling in the middle. You could also put these party hats upside down and fill them up with yummy goodies!
Caroline took the thrift store nightstands she painted and dressed them up with fabric. She wrote a tutorial to go with this project so we can all decoupage.
Look at this fun Playing Card Purse tutorial. How cool would it be to make a bunch of these in Dora the Explorer cards, Princess playing cards, or Pirates of the Caribbean playing cards, and use them as gift bags for all your birthday presents this year. {{giddy}}
Mandy submitted her tutorial on how to make an edible chandelier made of fruit & doughnuts.
Kori has a hair blog will lots of pictures of darling little girls hair. Take a look at these woven piggies!
Penelope has linked us up with a tutorial on how to make these cute soft baby shoes. I think these are adorable.
Lalli submitted her Tissue/Magazine Holder tutorial.
The Domestic Diva has hooked us up with TONS of apron tutorials. Have fun picking out what one best suits you!

I’m a sucker for some decoupage and I love to thrift shop and make something UGLY pretty again…so I Loved the nightstand tutorial.
The apron tutorials were my favorite – as hard as it was to choose. The sign is lovely and will beautifully grace any home.
