It’s that time again – I’m featuring my top ten crafts to make this week from last Tuesday’s linky party. I hope you find something fabulous that you’d like to make this week as well. I had to narrow it down from over 909 posts. Phew!
These are just the 10 tutorials that I had time to highlight right now, you’ll see many more on this and the other Tip Junkie sister sites as well. So a huge thank you for those who took the time to link up your fabulous tutorials!
71. Camera Strap Tutorial – Isn’t this the cutest camera strap? It’s so adorable with ruffles and rosettes flowers. What a comfortable yet fashionable way to wear your camera. I love how you can customize it with your favorite fabric and colors that suit you.
135. Stamped Washer Necklace – These customized washer necklaces are a must have. I’m thinking Christmas gifts. You could make one for your daughter, sister, friends and family. And, don’t forget yourself!
236. EZ No Sew Window Treatment – These No Sew Window Treatments are perfect to make a statement in any room. They can be made with minimal yardage of fabric. Sheets will also work. Check out the embellishment. Can you guess what it is? A clip-on earring. Who would have thought!
364. Scrappy Unicorn Costume – Check out this adorable Unicorn Costume. It was made with strips of scrap felt and safety pinned inside a plain purple hoodie. After Halloween is over the tail and mane can be removed and you still have a useable hoodie. I don’t think children will complain about this being uncomfortable or “itchy”.
498. Fancy Schmancy Tags – Look at these fabulous tags! They were made using the Silhouette machine. The scroll image was printed on card stock. You could make tags for any occasion.
566. Lil’ Monsters – What kid wouldn’t love these super cute Monster Cupcakes? These would be perfect for a Halloween party or a classroom of enthusiastic children.
638. Best Gift Idea – “Room Service Please”, what an ingenious idea! This is the perfect gift of relaxation. The recipient receives a baking dish with a dinner menu and a door hanger to place their order. And of course it is beautifully wrapped. Using the door hanger they give you 48 hours to place their order. Voila! They get a homemade meal. It’s a great idea for an anniversary, new mother, birthday, Mother’s Day, or even someone who is sick. I think I might be coming down with something…hint hint!
668. Leg Warmers Refashion – They say fashion repeats itself. It certainly is with these adorable leg warmers. Guess what they are made out of? The sleeves of an old cardigan.
717. PB Ledge Knockoff Tutorial – Who doesn’t love Pottery Barn? They have lovely items, but not always affordable on a budget. This beautiful Knockoff Ledge was made for under $40. You can customize the wood finish to best suit your decorative style.
868. Best Pot Roast Ever – How many of you love to quickly throw together a roast and veggies in the crock pot? This recipe provides two key ingredients to make the BEST pot roast. Meat lovers are going to adore this one.
Wondering what was the most popular {or most clicked on} idea from the linky party? Well… it was DIY Plastic Wrap Substitute.
