It’s that time again – I’m featuring my top ten crafts to make this week from last Tuesday’s linky party. I hope you find something fabulous that you’d like to make this week as well. I had to narrow it down from over 493 posts. Phew!
These are just the 10 tutorials that I had time to highlight right now, you’ll see many more on this and the other Tip Junkie sister sites as well. So a huge thank you for those who took the time to link up their fabulous tutorials!
1. Valentine Petit Fours ~ Whether you are hosting a birthday party, Mother’s Day tea, an Alice in Wonderland party, or simply want to wow your family with a fancy dessert, these adorable cakes are a must! You’ll love the simplicity of it too! {{wink}}
2. Yarn Wrapped Wire Heart Earrings ~ It doesn’t have to be Valentine’s Day to wear these adorable heart-shaped earrings. If you don’t want hearts you can shape the wire into your desired shape and then wrap it in yarn. An ombre pattern would be pretty too!
3. Open Kitchen Cabinets ~ A fun way to enhance open shelving in kitchens is to add a pop of color! Mom 4 Real nailed it with a fabulous shade of aqua on the backs of the cabinets.
4. Fresh Strawberry Fritters ~ These fritters look absolutely tantalizing! I bet they are amazing with the addition of strawberries. They would be perfect for breakfast or dessert!
5. Woodland Themed Baby Shower ~ This Woodland Themed Baby Shower has some amazing activity ideas. My favorite is the thumb print tree guestbook. It’s a fun and unique way for guests to sign in. It also makes an amazing piece of artwork to hang in the baby’s nursery.
6. Cascading Ruffles Peasant Dress ~ I just adore the added ruffles to this peasant dress! Especially with the mix of colored and patterned fabrics. The free peasant dress pattern is for sizes 12-18 months up to size 7.
7. DIY Red Lipstick ~ Since a little color goes a long way to dress up your lips, here is a simple recipe to make your own moisturizing lipstick. It’s simple because it only requires 3-ingredients, beeswax, shea butter and beet root powder.
8. Winter Hair Care Tips ~ These 7 tips are essential to keeping your hair healthy during the harsh winter months. Braiding your hair, putting on a hat, deep conditioning and moisturizing it are some of the hair care tips. If you love the trendy braids as much as I do MaNouvelle has your back with video tutorials to help you achieve the look.
9. Dip Painted Chair ~ Customize an accent chair with dip-dyed chair legs. Doesn’t it make a great statement piece?! The chair was refreshed with two coats of mint paint and the legs were painted in “lemon tree”.
10. Anthro Rosette Pillow Tutorial ~ This fabulous step-by-step pillow tutorial features a rosette round pillow Anthropologie knock-off. No special patterns are needed because the tutorial shows you how to make your own.
Wondering what was the most popular {or most clicked on} idea from the linky party? Well… it was Mason Jar Ideas.
Thanks Ladies. I just adore these ideas! Feel free to grab my I was featured on Tip Junkie blog button. You earned it! {{knuckle bumps}}
