It’s that time again – I’m feature my top ten crafts to make this week from last Tuesday’s linky party. I hope you find something fabulous that you’d like to make this week as well. I had to narrow it down from over 883 posts. Phew!
These are just the 10 tutorials that I had time to highlight right now, you’ll see many more on this and the other Tip Junkie sister sites as well. So a huge thank you for those who took the time to link up their fabulous tutorials!
4. Steampunk Art Tutorial – This Restoration Hardware gear decor art is amazing! You can find old gears from ebay or from pieces of machinery. Clean them up to their natural shine and you are ready to assemble.
66. Fabric Cradle Purse – I simply adore this cradle purse! It is a purse that turns into a doll cradle. This little purse will hold a baby that is about 6″ long. What little girl wouldn’t love one of these? Perfect for a birthday gift, christmas gift, Easter gift or just because.
150. Hot Ham and Cheese Slices – Don’t these hot ham and cheese slices look delicious?! They are so easy to make. You could have dinner on the table in under an hour, start to finish. It’s phyllo dough, layered with ham, swiss cheese and sauteed veggies.
259. Girls Room Makeover – This is such an adorable girls room! Julie named it “Spring Garden Party”, because it has just the right amount of girly combined with a hint of outdoors, great color, and a touch of prim & proper.
385. Pinwheel Wreath Tutorial – Pinwheels are a wonderful reminder of youth and Spring. This double dose tutorial teaches you step by step how to make a pinwheel on a stick or a wreath. The colorful paper and button additions are fantastic!
476. Chevron Pillow – Chevron stripes, ruffles, together make a beautiful pillow! The ruffles are made from t-shirt material, which happens to ruffle well on it’s own. Less fussing.
538. Kitchen Island – Look at this amazing kitchen island! It used to be a desk and hutch. The hutch was cut down to the same size of the desk and then they were attached using screws. One side has drawers and the other has shelves. Lots of storage room and it can be easily moved because it’s on wheels.
630. Cold Remedy: Lemon Ginger Syrup – Just looking at this beautiful bottle makes me want to try it! The cold season seems to creep up on us when we are least expecting it. If you feel a cold coming on try using this lemon ginger syrup home remedy. Ginger is pain relieving and also helps relieve congestion. The lemons are full of vitamin C to boost your immune system.
789. Popsicle Stick and Scrapbook Paper Bracelets – These popsicle stick bracelets are absolutely adorable! Young girls love to accessorize. They are a wonderful craft for girls to make at Girl Scout’s, birthday party, camp or sleepover. Using minimal supplies, they are easy, and they can make as many as their hearts desire.
826. I’m Lucky to Have You! – Surprise your spouse with ten notes of why you consider yourself LUCKY to have him! This would also be a great gift for your children. There’s a free printable to make your own.
