It’s that time again – I’m feature my top ten crafts to make this week from last Tuesday’s linky party. I hope you find something fabulous that you’d like to make this week as well. I had to narrow it down from over 693 posts. Phew!
These are just the 10 tutorials that I had time to highlight right now, you’ll see many more on this and the other Tip Junkie sister sites as well. So a huge thank you for those who took the time to link up their fabulous tutorials!
11. Dolman Sleeve Top Tutorial ~ This red striped Dolman Sleeve Top is fabulous! Not only is it flattering for all, but comfortable and loose fitting. I especially love the longer length of the top. You can make your own pattern from a shirt that you already have.
58. Crochet Crocodile Clutch Purse {free pattern} ~ “Holy alligators!” This crochet crocodile clutch purse is absolutely adorable. Not only is there a free pattern to crochet the purse, but also a link to a full step by step tutorial for the crocodile stitch.
98. Homemade Hand Warmers ~ Baby it’s gonna get cold outside. These darling felt hand warmers are sure to keep you warm for the rapidly approaching cold season. And, perfect to give as gifts! Download the free templates which include a heart, a football, a ball (basketball, softball, soccer), a smaller circle, and a top hat. Something for everyone. The cute instruction tags are also available to download for free.
160. DIY Fairy Tutu Dress ~ This mint and ivory fairy dress is “tutu” cute! Definitely fitting for your little angel. You will be surprised by how simple it is to make. You can either use tulle on the little spools from the craft stores or the tulle from the bolts at the fabric store.
183. Clay Flower Buttons ~ Look at these lovely dainty flower buttons. The tutorial shows you how you can turn a ball of oven hardening clay into flower petals. You can add holes to the flowers to turn them into buttons and attach them to the free button holder printables. I think they would also be perfect as earrings or attached to bobby pins.
293. Crispy Pesto Gnocchi ~ This meatless pasta meal looks Delicioso! The gnocchi is quickly browned to give it that yummy crispy texture. Who doesn’t love carbohydrate rich foods?!
333. Nature Scavenger Hunt ~ Enjoy the outdoors with your children and this super fun Nature Scavenger Hunt game. It’s a great way that helps kids interact with their surroundings. There are 20 items total to find on the list, including special items of a certain color, shape and texture. Free name tags are also available to attach to their bags. Wouldn’t this be so much fun for a party game?
418. Homemade Peanut Butter Cups ~ Reese’s peanut butter cups are definitely a favorite! The rich chocolate and peanut butter goodness is simply scrumptious. You can make your own with just 3 ingredients, chocolate, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Easy peasy.
533. DIY Tile Wall Art ~ Isn’t this tile wall art beautiful?! It’s tranquil, simple and spa-like. Decorative wood tiles were placed symmetrically on a piece of distressed wood. And, to keep the newly renovated bathroom walls free from holes, the handy dandy command adhesive strips were used to hang the artwork.
684. Adirondack Chair Pattern ~ This Adirondack Chair is perfect for sitting on the porch and watching the sunset or just enjoying the simplicity of the day! You can download the free pattern to make your own chair. Don’t forget to enlist the families help! Can’t you see yourself relaxing in one of these comfortable chairs? I know I can!
