Top 10 Crafts to Make This Week {9/16}

It’s that time again – I’m featuring my top ten crafts to make this week from last Tuesday’s linky party. I hope you find something fabulous that you’d like to make this week as well. I had to narrow it down from over 788 posts. Phew!

These are just the 10 tutorials that I had time to highlight right now, you’ll see many more on this and the other Tip Junkie sister sites as well. So a huge thank you for those who took the time to link up their fabulous tutorials!

53.  Mini Snickers Cheesecakes ~ These mini snickers cheesecakes look absolutely divine!  An oreo crust cheesecake topped with a caramel snickers topping.  Mmmm!  I think they will be a terrific excuse to make with some leftover Halloween candy.  {wink}

135.  Seuss Inspired Reading Nook Closet ~ Check out this absolutely adorable Seuss inspired children’s reading nook!  It’s a great usage for an under the stairs closet.  Some of the focal points include a red stenciled bookcase, R-E-A-D letters, Dr. Seuss prints, chevron stripe storage totes and an adorable canopy above the entry doors..

184.  Teacher Appreciation Printable ~ Thank your child’s teacher with these fabulous water cups/bottles and an adorable tag that reads, “thank you for quenching my child’s thirst for knowledge“.  Simply print the free tags and attach to the water bottle with a cute ribbon or twine.

225.  Silver & Suede Bracelet ~ Look at this beautiful silver and suede bracelet!  It’s so simple to make the tutorial will knock your socks off.  Seriously!  All you need is a suede cord, a silver ring, and a cord clasp.  That’s it.

329.  Wedding Carnival ~ Carnivals are not only for children, but for adults too!  Check out this amazing wedding carnival.  Some of the amazing details include red chevron stripes, hanging lanterns, balloon topiaries, a doughnut cake and out of this world concession stands.

388.  DIY Hexagon Wall Art ~ I love the contrasting scrapbook hexagons in this wall art!  Create your own hexagon template and trace the pattern on your desired scrapbook paper.  Mod podge adheres and seals the hexagons to your canvas.

420.  Make Piping out of Yarn ~ Learn how to make your own piping with yarn.  It’s inexpensive, fairly easy and enhances your homemade pillow beautifully.

537.  Girls Boot Socks ~ These adorable boot socks are just in time for fall!  They’re perfect for keeping your little one’s legs warm as well as keeping them fashionable.  Simply cut the sleeves from an old sweater, zig zag stitch a hem and embellish with buttons.  They’re “sew” easy!

683.  Gifting Homemade Bread ~ Now that the holiday season is rapidly approaching ovens will be put in high gear.  With baking that is.  This is a creative and fun way to gift your homemade bread.  Simply iron freezer paper to fabric (it keeps oil spots from staining the fabric), wrap the bread and tie with a pretty ribbon.

709.  Yarn Wrapped Fall Wreath ~ Welcome fall with this gorgeous yarn wrapped wreath.  The simplicity of the yarn and felt rosette flowers is perfection.

Wondering what was the most popular {or most clicked on} idea from the linky party? Well… it was Budget Living Room Makeover.
