The kids open one present Christmas Eve. Its always the present from their siblings. That way those gifts dont get downplayed in the shuffle the next morning and they can each truly enjoy the giving part.
Christmas Day dinner is always popcorn. We go to the movies and watch a family Christmas movie together.
