You Will Need...
- Cupcakes
- White Balloons
- Blue and white polka dot muffin cups
- ribbon
- tape
- fishing line
- scissors
Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1- Make or purchase cupcakes. I bought red velvet cupcakes from Walmart. {snicker}   
- Step 2- Get out your muffin cups. I purchased these muffin cups from this Etsy Shop. Although you can buy them in several places.   
- Step 3- Blow up white balloons. You can also use helium balloons. Hang from fishing line, wire, or ribbon.   
- Step 4- Using a hole punch, make 4 holes into the top of each muffin cup, equal distance.   
- Step 5- Thread the corresponding ribbon taped onto the balloon into the hole of the muffin cup and knot.   
- Step 6- Tip: If your ribbon around the balloon isn’t smooth to the balloon then bring the ribbon down until it is. Take the ribbon together at the back of the balloon.   
- Step 7- The first set of travel party decorations I used are Paper Airplane Birthday Party Printable Kit by LePartieSugar
