These look great! Thanks so much. I’m going to make some curried turkey meatballs for dinner tonight and maybe some rice noodles on the side and a green salad. We do Dr. Peter D’Adamo’s blood type diet. On BTD Turkey is mutually beneficial to both Type A (my husband) and Type O (me), so we eat turkey fairly often, and chicken less often now, as it is “neutral” for us, thus ok to eat but not as beneficial as turkey. I buy pasture raised turkey from Whole Foods (no hormones, etc. and hopefully what they feed on in the pasture is not contaminated — I can only hope!). Anyway, I’m always looking for some new way to make turkey interesting and flavorful. Thanks again. 🙂

Now that Asian Lettuce Cup recipe is a keeper! I am just getting hungry just reading these recipes. I love doing wraps and I usually use romaine to make veggie spring rolls, but this recipe looks really good and the fillings of garlic, scallion, and ground turkey should really go good with the Jian Bing’s I make for breakfast from time to time. I think I might add some thai basil as well! Looks like I have to go shopping tonight!
Another Good Post!
Thanks,
Richard
