It’s digital scrapbooking week over on the TJ Community. I’ve enlisted some fabulous women to help teach us the ropes and help us learn something new.
If you would like to learn how to digital scrapbook or already know a trick or two, feel free to come on over and participate! We’ll all be learning together.

TJ Community Expert: Mary with Plum Dumpling Designs
My name is Mary. I’m wife to Jason and mom to Clark (2.5) and Kent (coming May 27, 2010). If you haven’t guessed, we kind of like Superman around here! We live in the midwest in the Chicago suburbs and love it. I am first and foremost a SAHM, but about a year ago I won a spot to be a digital scrapbooking designer at ScrapMatters. My store is called Plum Dumpling Designs. I have been digital scrapbooking for almost 2 years and designing for 1. It’s a fantastic hobby with little clutter and huge payoff! When I am not digi-scrapping, I love to read, organize, shop and hang out with family.

My local scrapbook store just went out of business, so I’m afraid it’s time to dive into digital scrapbooking. I’d like to find a 1 stop shop with the software, templates & printing + easy to use? Any suggestions?
AWESOME. I love digital scrapbooking. It’s my addiction and my sanity saver.
I am ready to learn. I purchased a bunch of digital scrapbooking materials last month but have NO IDEA how to put them together.
I’m hoping to try them out with a program that is FREE (not ready to plop down $200 for photoshop or Corel Draw or whatever those programs are).
