I made these for my MOPS group last week. I searched everywhere for the little notebooks, but could not find anything close. We just cut copy paper, stapled it at the top, then used the same paper from the front of the notebook to cover the staples.
We were able to use paper we already had, so I only had to buy the pens.
What a great, inexpensive gift to give to a group. Everyone loved them.
