I first discovered the Word of the Year in 2007 by Michelle, Kristi, and Lisa and was immediately inspired by the idea originated by Alli Edwards:

My word for 2011 is heal. Heal emotionally, and physically due to all of my sudden injuries. And to learn that everything is happening for a reason, so also heal spiritually in the sense of gaining acceptance.

One word is hard but if I had to pick one it would be….GRATITUDE
I plan on incorporating MORE gratitude into my daily life in 2011 so lets start NOW……..
