I first discovered the Word of the Year in 2007 by Michelle, Kristi, and Lisa and was immediately inspired by the idea originated by Alli Edwards:
“A single word can be a powerful thing. It can be the ripple in the pond that changes everything. It can be sharp and biting or rich and soft and slow.”
What’s My Word of the Year? You’ll have to watch my video to find out.{{giggle}}

IÂ’d like to challenge you to pick a word that sums up what you want for yourself in 2011? To encourage {or bribe} everyone to pick their word, I’m giving away a custom necklace from Lisa Leonard Designs, a $52 value.

REMEMBER. When things get hard for me, as they tend to be now, I need to remember how God has blessed me. Remember how he is aware of my situation. Remember that he has helped me before and he will help me again. Remember that this too shall pass.
POSITIVE I am going to be a more positive person this year. Look for the good in all things.
My word is love:) Love for my family, friends and my savior;)
Savor
What each day has to bring, the joys, the sorrows, the ordinary….while my kids are growing and my business is growing.
My word for 2011 is LIVE, which I simply describe as more action, less procastination, and live with no regrets.
