I first discovered the Word of the Year in 2007 by Michelle, Kristi, and Lisa and was immediately inspired by the idea originated by Alli Edwards:
“A single word can be a powerful thing. It can be the ripple in the pond that changes everything. It can be sharp and biting or rich and soft and slow.”
What’s My Word of the Year? You’ll have to watch my video to find out.{{giggle}}

Quote. I’m going to create an album full of quotes throughout the year…with my thoughts on each as a “guide” for my sons one of these days. 😉
My word this year would definitely have to be “open”.
