You Will Need...

Step by Step Instructions

  • Step 1

Using a full napkin, fold the bottom third up.

  • Step 2

Fold the top third down, keeping the bottom seams lined up.

  • Step 3

Fold the right side of the napkin down, as shown.

  • Step 4

Repeat with the left side of the napkin, folding down.

  • Step 5

Fold the right bottom corner of the napkin up, matching the outside edge, and creating a firm point on the bottom.

  • Step 6

Repeat on the other side. Fold the left bottom corner of the napkin up, matching the outside edge, and creating a firm point on the bottom.

  • Step 7

We’re going to repeat this process one more time, however this time not matching the upper right edge ~ but keeping a clean crisp point.

So, fold the right bottom corner of the napkin upward, creating a firm point on the bottom.

  • Step 8

Repeat on the left side. Fold the left bottom corner of the napkin upward, creating a firm point on the bottom.

  • Step 9

Turn over. Fold the tail upward.

  • Step 10

    Fold back over.

  • Step 11

    If your napkin is crisp enough and your fold is tight, you can tuck one side into the other. {as shown}

  • Step 12

Tip: If the napkin doesn’t say in place with the “tuck” then you can secure it with a small safety pin.

  • Step 13

You may need to pull the ears out and around a little to make sure they are in the proper place.

  • Step 14

Here you go! It may feel like a lot of steps, but it’s really easy.
