How to make a no-sew Jedi costume for a Star Wars Clone Wars birthday party or for an easy Halloween costume. This costume only cost $3 and was easy to make by simply making a few cuts in the faux-leather.

- pleather or faux-leather fabric
- rotary cutter {or scissors}
Step by Step Instructions

Vest. Cut 11″ with the fold on the top.
Step 3
Neck for Vest. Fold in half and cut at fold. 2 1/2 inches from selvedge {opposite the fold} gently cut a gentle curve for the neck.
Step 4
Open up and fold in half to cut the “V” neckline.
Step 5
