I’ve had such a fun time searching for teacher appreciation gifts this year. There are so many creative women who have gone above and beyond! This has got to be one of my favorite posts.
If you’ve already had teacher appreciation week, you can also use these ideas for the Last Day of School teacher gifts. Just save it in your Delicious file so you can find it in May.
Heather, who is insanely creative, did the 5 Days of day of Teacher Appreciation Week. She has hooked you up with all of her gift ideas & poems. On the 5th & last day, she altered a notebook and made the 5 Things I Like [about teacher] and her son wrote & drew pictures inside. {{fabulous!}}
Heather also created these really cute Teacher appreciation magnet boards. You can order the kit directly from her for $13.
Clothesline created a tutorial on how to make this Best in Show Medal ribbon for your teacher.
Amanda submitted her Jar of Joy; a jar filled with hand written notes of thanks on hearts from classmates to a teacher.
The Ulrich Family recycled some wipes containers and altered them for donation boxes. I thought they turned out so cute I thought they would make a fun container for your teacher.
Paper Crazed used Clear Gallon Size Pail from Stampendous and filled it with bath & body items for her teacher.
Stacy submitted her altered cans for teacher appreciation week. She used soup and veggie cans, wash and dry very good, I used scrapbook paper, cut it to size and attached it to the can with spray adhesive, let it dry, ribbon for the bow, twine for the handle, and for a goody inside the can
She made homemade butter mints, and I also topped it off with a votive candle or anything you choose,
Kemi has hooked us up with instructions on how to make these Helping Hands Soap Bottles.
CarrieMayer made these paper flowers with her Cricuit machine.
Stamping with Aimee teaches how to make these darling family frames. I also thought it would make a nice teacher gift.
The Stamp Teacher made these amazing gifts out of door hanger w/ pouch. She included a candy bar & crystal light stick.
Kristy, who is also crazy creative, made these adorable gumball jars. The label reads, “Thank you for “choosing” to share our talents Mrs. [teacher’s name]. We had a “ball” this year”. Kristy usually spray paints the lids to match the tags and ribbon. {{squeal in delight}}
Just Deanna made a candy bar topiary for her teachers. All you need is a Styrofoam cone, dowel, Styrofoam circle, terra cotta pot and candy.
Food Ideas:
Me Like To Craft made a homemade loaf of pumpkin chocolate chip bread. I just love her packaging!
CupcakeDD made a yummy cupcake & dressed it up for her son’s teacher.
I am now officially wanting a treat. You can find the instructions on how to make these Apple Strudel Cheesecake Bars over on Tea in my Cup.
Candy Grams:
Shauna made this fun candy gram poster board for her teacher. She has what it says over on her blog. ๐

These are super ideas! I especially love Stacy’s altered cans–these can be reused so many ways. I started my blog specifically for teacher appreciation because these people just do not get enough appreciation all year long. I’m sharing my plans for the whole week long as the chair of our parent group’s teacher appreciation committee. Join me over there for more ideas.
