- 5/8" foldover elastic (1 yard for every 4 hair ties)
- Scissors
- Measuring Tape
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Measure and cut a 9? strip of elastic.
Step 2
Fold the strip of elastic in half.
Step 3
Repeat. Tuck them into glassine bags to give as favors or wear them yourself.
