You Will Need...
- Styrofoam
- Wrapping paper
- Tissue paper
- Ribbon
- Pipe cleaners
- Red paint
- Cake box cardboard
- Hot glue
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Glue the styrofoam to the cake box.
Step 2
Paint the wooden skewers red and place into styrofoam.
Step 3
Tape a piece of tissue paper to the back of the cake box. Or you can paint or spray paint the entire front.
Step 4
Fold tissue paper and hot glue to the cake plate.
Step 5
This is what it will look like after you hot clue one piece of tissue paper.
Step 6
Hot glue wood skewers onto the back of the candy and place into styrofoam.
Step 7
Gift wrap the base. I folded the top of the gift wrap down a little to create a nice edge. I also put the wrapping paper about half and inch higher than the styrofoam.
Step 8
Add a ribbon bow to finish off the look.
Step 9
Tape the gift card to the wooden skewers and you’re all done.
