Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Create chore charts which include their daily schedules for each of your kids.
I purchased all of the Fabric at Jo-Ann’s Fabrics except the grey chevron fabric which I got from Southern Seam Fabrics.
Step 2
Print off the Tip Junkie “ways to celebrate” lists that corresponds to each month. Yep, they are free printable traditions made to create memories that matter for your kids.

Step 3
Take your time laying out everything you want to include and find a collage that works for you.
I purchased the magnetic boredom buster chart on Etsy at Abby’s House.
Just in case you’re wondering, I purchased the fabulous felt flower yarn wreath in my mud room on Etsy from ItzFitz.
Step 4
Spray paint any the decor details so that they all match the color scheme.
Tip: If you’re spray painting, consider using a grey primer first. You’ll have a better result.

Yes, I tried to create the chore charts on my computer in Microsoft Publisher but they didn’t look good. So I hired a graphic designer on Etsy.
