Step by Step Instructions

  • Step 1

Create chore charts which include their daily schedules for each of your kids.

I purchased all of the Fabric at Jo-Ann’s Fabrics except the grey chevron fabric which I got from Southern Seam Fabrics.

  • Step 2

Print off the Tip Junkie “ways to celebrate” lists that corresponds to each month. Yep, they are free printable traditions made to create memories that matter for your kids.

    Here are all the links:

    New Year
    Valentines Day
    St. Patrick’s Day
    April Fools Day
    Mother’s Day
    Father’s Day
    End of School
    4th of July

And yes, they are all FREE!

  • Step 3

Take your time laying out everything you want to include and find a collage that works for you.

I purchased the magnetic boredom buster chart on Etsy at Abby’s House.

Just in case you’re wondering, I purchased the fabulous felt flower yarn wreath in my mud room on Etsy from ItzFitz.

  • Step 4

Spray paint any the decor details so that they all match the color scheme.

Tip: If you’re spray painting, consider using a grey primer first. You’ll have a better result.
