It’s time to get organized for December!  Tip Junkie is here help you stay on top of your game this winter as Your Personal Assistant. I feel like it’s worth it to take a day and really plan and organize your schedule to save you a ton of time later. Here are some suggestions on what to do.

I’d really, truly love to hear what you do to keep your life balanced and a little more organized for December. This is a big deal for me because it’s my goal to keep this relevant for you, and it helps me, too. This is mean to be a resource that keeps us on top of our game, not one that makes us feel stressed. Family always comes first in my book, and I want us all help each other make that goal a reality! {high fives}

Moments That Matter ~ Daily Tips

I have found it’s a great way to use the camera on my phone as a grateful journal while I’m also trying to put some balance into my crazy life.  I’ve really thought things out and added a conversation to have with your kids, a memory to make with your man, as well as organizational and fun prompts.  I’m so excited to play on Instagram with you!

2.  Be sure to grab the December Calendars I’ve made ya:

3. Ongoing Problems Worksheet ~ Let’s start the month off right and make a list of the things that are causing you added stress. Make a list of the big ones as well as the little ones. Is something in the house that’s broken, is there an insurance issue you need to take care of, do you need an extra trash can upstairs to help keep things tidy?

Once you’ve thought it out and made your list, next plan a day this week as your ongoing problem day and finally resolve those issues that need to be resolved. You’ll be glad that you did!

4.  Schedule for book clubgirls night outBUNCO, and other rotating activities. Make sure you have child care, your food assignment, etc. Here’s how to start a dinner club or enjoy a dinner party.

5. If you are doing food storage, time to check the schedule and buy next on the list. Don’t forget to put some cash in there as well.

6. Write one grandparent a letter, artwork, or card.  Here are some simple grandparent gift ideas if you want to get a little fancy for Grandma or Grandma.

8. Plan a date night with your man; arrange the babysitter in advance.

9.  Plan a Girl’s Only Weekend or some well deserved pampering with your besties to celebrate surviving the summer. {Be sure to invite me!}

10. If you’re wanting to be more organized then print off the Executive Homemaker binder where you can keep track of everything in one place as well as printable worksheets to help keep you organized and on task. 13. Winter and the holidays can be such a busy time of the year. As you organize yourself this month, remember that the end of the year is almost here! This way it won’t sneak up on you.

  • What holiday school parties are you in charge of?
  • What winter birthday’s do you need to make/buy gifts for? {They sneak up on you –so get them ready now.}
  • Are you going to host a Christmas party? If so, for Adults or Families?
  • Finalize your Christmas and New Years plans like lodging, who’ is attending, food assignments, and start thinking about games and activities to make it more memorable. {{it’s getting close!}}
  • Are you going to host a New Year’s party this year?  What traditions or countdown ideas are you going to keep or start?
  • Are you going to make any New Years resolutions or goals as a family?

14. It’s time finalize Christmas plans. {{can you believe Christmas is this month?}} If your family draws names for Christmas, and you haven’t drawn names already, you need to! This way you know who to buy for.
